1. Scope
These terms apply to the “DeepSwing” mobile app by Deep Platforms GmbH (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. App services
DeepSwing analyzes golf swing videos on-device and provides angles, phase scoring, and coaching hints. The app does not replace professional coaching or medical advice.
3. Requirements
- Compatible Apple device (see App Store) and required permissions (camera, optionally microphone, photo library).
- Safe, responsible use during practice and recording.
- Physical readiness and warm-up are your responsibility.
4. Your responsibilities
- You use the app at your own risk and follow safety rules during sports.
- You are responsible for content you create or import (e.g., videos).
- You ensure you do not violate third-party rights (e.g., image rights).
5. Subscriptions, pricing, cancellation
- Optional Pro features are offered via in-app purchases (subscriptions) through Apple. Prices and terms are shown in the App Store.
- Manage/cancel via Apple ID subscriptions: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Access ends after the paid period if you cancel.
6. Warranty and liability
- We provide the app with reasonable care on an “as is” basis; availability and specific results are not guaranteed.
- We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
7. Intellectual property
The app, content, logos, and brands are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use beyond legal allowances requires our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details. The app is designed for on-device processing and data minimization.
9. Changes
We may adjust these terms for functional or legal reasons. We will inform you of material changes in the app. The current version is available on this page.
10. Governing law and venue
German law applies (excluding UN CISG). Where legally permitted, venue is Munich, Germany.
