Data Processing in the App

• On-device analysis: Pose estimation and metrics run locally. Videos are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share them.
• No tracking SDKs: We do not embed third‑party trackers or ads.
• No account required: You can use DeepSwing without creating an account.
• Optional cloud: Only if you actively export/share a video or contact support, data leaves the device.

Website & Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization. You can disable it via the cookie notice or `deactivateAnalytics()` in localStorage. Server logs store IP, user agent, referrer and timestamp for security (max. 30 days).

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email for sending updates. You can unsubscribe anytime via the footer link or by emailing us.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal retention periods, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Contact: hi@deepswing.io. You can lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use TLS for transport and restrict access to production systems. On-device processing reduces exposure of sensitive data.
