How accurate is video-based speed measurement?
It is an estimate from the frames around impact. For reliable trends, film the same way every time: face-on, steady, in slow motion and with good light.
What is the average golf swing speed?
Male amateur golfers are often around 93 mph with the driver, correspondingly lower with irons. Your own trend says more than an average.
Can I switch between mph and km/h?
Yes, in the settings.
Does more swing speed always mean more distance?
Not automatically. Centered contact and launch conditions matter just as much. That is why DeepSwing always shows speed together with technique.
Can I use the app for speed training?
Yes. Film your practice swings regularly and follow the average per club in History.
